Turima Bivoho operates a monthly plant subscription service. Subscribers receive one houseplant per month, selected based on their onboarding quiz profile, along with a care card, seasonal tip sheet, and a small care accessory. The service is available to residents of the contiguous United States.
The specific plant and accessory included in each monthly shipment are determined by Turima Bivoho based on subscriber profile data, seasonal availability, and catalog rotation. We do not commit to delivering any specific plant variety in any given month. Selections are made to match your stated conditions and experience level as closely as reasonably possible.
The subscription operates on a monthly billing cycle. Charges are applied at the beginning of each cycle. By subscribing, you authorize Turima Bivoho to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel or pause your subscription.
You may pause your subscription at any time from your account. Pausing prevents the next billing cycle from processing. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account without cancellation fees. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
Refunds for already-shipped months are not available except where required by applicable law or in cases of documented shipping damage. Billing disputes should be directed to [email protected] within 30 days of the charge in question.
You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information, including your shipping address and quiz profile. Turima Bivoho is not responsible for deliveries made to incorrect addresses provided by the subscriber. Address changes must be submitted before the shipment processing date for that month.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account that occurs before you notify us.
You agree to use this website and service only for lawful purposes. You agree not to use the site in any way that violates applicable local, state, or federal laws or regulations; to transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional material; to impersonate any person or entity; to interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the website or its servers; or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website or its related systems.
We reserve the right to terminate access for any user who violates these terms.

Care cards and tip sheets included with your subscription are provided for your personal use only. They may not be reproduced, distributed, or published without permission.
The website and service are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Plant care information provided through care cards, tip sheets, and website content is informational in nature. Plant outcomes depend on many factors including local conditions, care practices, and individual plant variation. We do not represent that any plant will thrive in your specific environment.
We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Turima Bivoho and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the website or service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
